Packaging & Content

  •  SA KARGO UK LTD is responsible for the safekeeping of cartons or bags but NOT      the contents herein.

  •  SA KARGO UK LTD will accept NO liability for the packaging advice it provides.      The customer remains responsible for ensuring packaging is adequate for      transportation.

  •  Goods stored or transported or handled at customer's risk and proper insurance       coverage should be taken up by customer.

  •  Shipments is NOT acceptable it is classified as hazardous material, dangerous      goods, prohibited or restricted articles by IATA (International Air Transport      Association), ICAO (International Civil Aviation Organisation), any applicable      government department or other relevant organization. Please note food flavouring,      perfumes, chemicals and electronic equipment can be classed as Dangerous      Goods.

  •  SA KARGO UK LTD decides it cannot transport an item safely or legally (such      items include but are not limited to: animals, bullion, currency, bearer form      negotiable instruments, precious metals and stones, firearms, parts thereof and      ammunition, human remains, pornography and illegal narcotics/drugs.


Rates & Transit Time

  •  Rates shown here may be different than the actual charges for your shipment.       Differences may occur based on actual weight, dimensions, and other factors.       Please contact customer service at sa_uk@sakargo.com.my or

  •  The rate and transit time application only uses city name or zip/postal code to       define transit time.

  •  Certain commodities and high value shipments may require additional transit time       for clearance.

  •  The rate and transit time application bases its transit time on zip/postal code over       city when both are provided.

  •  The service options and delivery time shown assume there are no clearance delays       and are dependent on the ship date, weight, dimensions, declared value, goods       descriptions, packaging, and/or address entered for your shipment. Any       disparities between entered and actual data for your shipment may affect the       availability of different service options and may result in a different delivery time       and date.

  •  Shipments to addresses with a central receiving area will be delivered to that area.      If Receiver refuses delivery or to pay for delivery, or the Shipment is deemed to be      unacceptable, or it has been undervalued for customs purposes, or Receiver      cannot be reasonably identified or located, SA KARGO UK LTD shall use      reasonable efforts to return the Shipment to Shipper at Shipper's cost, failing which      the Shipment may be released, disposed of or sold by SA KARGO UK LTD.

 •  Console shipment, collection & delivery area must be at the same address.

 

Pay at Destination

  •  Pay GBP5 per carton (empty) upon delivery of carton + 50% deposit

  •  Balance of payment will be collected at destination address after deduction of the       deposit

  •  Additional charges of 5% CAF (Currency Adjustment Factor) applicable.
